hey you
I'm Estefany Sarai
Creative turned designer + photographer + social media manger + event planner + everything in between.
It started with my love of arts and passion to learn. Welcome to my story!
Ever since I can remember I've been referred to as a creative person, doodling in notebooks, making crafts, taking pictures everywhere I went and for the longest time I always just thought of all of these talents as just hobbies.
It wasn't until I started making fliers and taking photos of events for my Resident Assistant job that I even considered the possibility of having a creative job. Since then, my life took in a direction I never expected, one that involves being both a designer and photographer professionally.
My life ended up taking a huge turn when I decided that I no longer wanted to be a teacher (something I'd dreamed of my whole life). In 2018 when I decided to become a graphic designer it was like the stars aligned and everything started to fall into place.
I was able to land a job as a part-time designer & photographer at Lee College (hallelujah!) while simultaneously taking design and photography classes at University of Houston - Clear Lake. I was learning all of the design programs in class while also using those skills in real-time at my job.
In 2020, I graduated from UHCL with a Bachelor Degree of Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design. Currently, in addition to working at Lee College, I've also started a free-lance business for both design & photography.
